For NY State Tax Exempt Customers:

Please provide a signed copy of your NY resale certificate or other tax exempt certificate to us. Upon receipt a credit for any taxes paid will be refunded to your credit card account.

Delivery Time

Items on our site typically ship on the same day or next day. Orders received after 3pm Eastern Time typically ship the next business day, however we try to process and ship the order the same day it is received.

Back Orders

In the event that certain items in your order are not in stock and backordered, we will notify you by email of the anticipated delivery date. You may notify us to continue the order or cancel at this time.

Damaged Delivery

It is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise as soon as it is delivered. In the event a carrier damages your product you must contact the carrier to report and file a claim. We insure all shipments for protection against carrier damages. You must save all original packing and paperwork for claim filing.

Return Policy

There are no refunds for products unless the product is unopened or defective. Unopened ink products must be returned within 7 days and all other items within 14 days of when the product was received. In order to return goods, the customer must email or fax us to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) before sending the product back. Returns without authorization will be refused. A credit will be issued to the customer for the purchase price less a 18% restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refundable. If a product is found to be defective, the customer should immediately contact us and obtain an RMA to return the defective item(s). We will replace the defective product with same item only.

Upon receipt of authorized return we reserve the right to final inspection and approval which is at Sellers sole discretion.

Taxes

Sales tax must be charged to all residents of New York unless a valid Tax ID number has been provided in advance. You may fax or mail to us your valid certificates.

Printworks USA only uses your personal information to conduct business with you. Your personally identifiable information will not be rented, sold or shared with any third party. Printworks USA may disclose information it has collected from any member of the Printworks USA site when it believes in good faith that the law or legal process requires it, or when it is necessary to do so to protect the rights or property of Printworks USA or others.
